JoinedUp is a Shift Management Platform. As a shift management platform, it contains the features of a Vendor Management System such as Supplier Access, Worker Profile, Timesheets and Invoices.
During the Free Trial, use of Facial Recognition and SMS is not supported. These features are available as an add-on package once you convert to a paid subscription.
Yes, the subscription can be canceled at any time and the subscription will stay valid for the remainder of the quarterly billing cycle. At the next quarterly billing cycle, you will not be charged anymore. During or at the end of the trial period, the cancellation will take immediate effect.
Yes, your customer can approve shifts, timesheets and invoices without making any payment. They can not create shifts, you will have to do so.
Yes. You can import your clock times into JoinedUp and the system will execute the rate rules and calculate the bill and payment amounts accordingly.
No. JoinedUp will support the payroll system through the Site Lock Report. This report contains the payroll information owed to the worker based on rates and time worked and can be imported into the payroll system to execute Gross to Net calculations.
